How refunds and returns work for our handmade oils.

Physical, handmade products
Every product we sell is a handmade physical good, blended in small batches in Moravian Falls, North Carolina. Because our oils are personal-care items, opened bottles generally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Purchases through Etsy
Purchases and shipping will be handled through our Etsy shop once it opens. Refunds, returns, and order issues are handled through Etsy’s order system, and orders are also covered by Etsy’s policies and buyer protection. The fastest way to resolve an order issue will be to message us through Etsy so we can see your order.
When we’ll make it right
We want you to be blessed by your purchase. Please reach out if:
- Your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken.
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order never arrives.
In these cases we’ll gladly replace the item or work with you toward a fair resolution. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of any damage.
Things to check before buying
- Review the product description and ingredients — especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
- Our oils are for external use only.
- Bottle sizes are listed on each product page; contact us about larger sizes.
